• Visa processing fees are non-refundable unless there is negligence on our part.
• Failure or delay in Malaysia visa application, damage, delay, or loss of other documents due to theft, accident, natural calamity, or any other reason outside our control, will not be considered a breach of contract.
• Key Malaysia is not liable for any kind of loss or delay caused by any third party.
• We recommend that you not purchase any tickets before getting the visa unless it is a pre-requirement. If the visa is rejected, Key Malaysia will not be held responsible for your loss by any means.
• Applicants are allowed to reschedule their appointment a maximum of three (03) times. After that period is over, applicants have to start proceeding from the beginning. The money visa applicants paid earlier is non-refundable.

• Key Malaysia holds all rights to change, cancel, amend, withdraw, or cancel any or all of its terms and conditions mentioned here at any time. No employee whatsoever has any authority to change, amend, or take any other kind of decision.
• Once the service charge is received, it won’t be refundable under any circumstances, whether the applicant receives the visa or not.
• Key Malaysia takes all kinds of precautionary measures when transmitting information. At the same time, we won’t be held responsible for unforeseen events and circumstances that are beyond the reasonable control of Key Malaysia.
• The applicant must truthfully complete all application forms to provide accurate information.
• The applicant will be redirected to other sites as well. We don’t have any legal right to control those sites. The contents, nature, and availability of those sites are not in our control.
