Policy for Refunds and Cancellations
Key Malaysia's refund and cancellation policy aims to promise customer satisfaction and transparency.
Offering eligible refunds or cancellations under specific conditions which are mentioned below:
Key Malaysia, under no circumstances, does not provide cash refunds for early contract cancellations. Customers should contact Key Malaysia right away for payment inquiries. If a payment is made in error, the amount must be refunded to the appropriate account.
- The refund percentages are based on the shelf rates mentioned, not the amount paid. Percentages only apply if the complete shelf rates of the products are paid without any balance. Applicants are not eligible for the refund percentage if they don't pay the full shelf rate.
- If the Malaysia Immigration Department alters its policy after an application is submitted, customers can switch to other opportunities at no additional cost or receive a full refund if their profile is not eligible.
- Key Malaysia has a zero-tolerance policy for chargebacks. Any applicant who disputes a payment after getting the service or processing the application will certainly be blacklisted and disqualified from the use of our service.
- We, “keymalaysia.com” are not responsible for the delay caused by any limitation or restriction from Malaysia Immigration Department.
- The eVisa applicants acknowledge that their visa approval under the Malaysia Immigration Process is subject to the decision of the immigration authorities, and Key Malaysia has no control over it.
- Key Malaysia is not liable for refunds of any fees or payments that have been paid to any other body, like assessing bodies, immigration authorities, embassies, consulates, high commissions, local bodies, etc.
- The applicant agrees to show sufficient funds for their visit to Malaysia while applying for eVisa Malaysia. keymalaysia.com will not be liable for any refund of service charges if they fail to meet the immigration requirements required by the authorities.
If the Malaysia visa is rejected in the following instances, no refund will be made:
- If the applicant fails to attend the visa interview (if required), It will be at the applicant's own expense.
- The Visa Authority has advised applicants to submit additional requirements at a later stage if they fail to do so.
- If the applicants provide fraudulent records.
- If the applicants give wrong information.
Key Malaysia reserves the right to terminate its services without refunding the service fee if the applicant:
- The applicant is required to provide all documents within a specified timeframe, typically within one month from the application date.
- The individual is attempting to harm Key Malaysia's reputation and business by threatening its name in any way possible.
- The individual is attempting to undermine Key Malaysia's brand and business by threatening its name in any way possible.
- If the applicant doesn't answer the emails and calls made by Key Malaysia for more than a month.
- Withdraws because of personal issues.
Key Malaysia will disclose the applicant's personal information for the following reasons:
- To conduct our business;
- To provide and market our services;
- To communicate with the client;
- To comply with our legal obligations;
- To help us manage and improve our services;
- If the applicant doesn't answer the emails and calls for more than a month from the other end.
