Passport Number Already Exists

Almost one year ago, I applied for eVisa to visit Malaysia for a vacation. I need to go to Malaysia next week for some personal matter. When I am trying to apply for eVisa it's showing “Already Exist” my passport number in Malaysia Immigration System. I tried so many times to apply for eVisa. What's the reason? It is urgent, please. Help me.

I am running into the same issue. My previous visa application was rejected so I am trying to apply again. Can you please share how you resolved the issue?
