I am running into the same issue. My previous visa application was rejected so I am trying to apply again. Can you please share how you resolved the issue?

Hi,I’m unable to apply my Malaysian evisa cause every time i enter my passport number a prompt displaying “passport already exists or currently being processed”restricts me from applying. what could be the problem? I highly appreciate your urgent solutions cause I’m due close to my travel date.
