Healthcare Travelers for Malaysia visas are required to scan and upload the following documents:

Who can be the Patient's Companion in Malaysia?
A maximum of two (02) adult companions are allowed in Malaysia with patients.

- Son / Daughter OR
- Grandfather/ Grandmother OR
- Sibling OR
- Maid / Nurse.
Applicants and their companions shall furnish the aforementioned proofs to the Immigration Officers at the Entry/Exit points with a Copy of the eVISA for Medical note.
