In order to simplify the Malaysia visa application process for international students, the Malaysian government introduced a special Malaysia online visa, also known as eVisa Malaysia, available to 136 countries.
eVisa Malaysia for students is an online application platform that enables foreign students to apply for an electronic student visa to enter Malaysia at their convenience.
International students can apply for eVISA to enter Malaysia through the eVisa system. The entire procedure is conducted online, eliminating the need to visit the Malaysian High Commission or Embassy.
*The eVisa for students only offers a Single-Entry Visa (SEV).
The Malaysia student eVisa is valid for six (06) months, with a maximum stay of 30 days. Once in Malaysia, international students must obtain a long-term pass.
